About the role
Overview
We are a privately owned boutique dental practice in Gilbert looking for a permanent dental hygienist to join our wonderful team for 2 to 3 days a week, with the potential to expand to 4 days. The schedule is Tuesday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and Friday (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Our practice utilizes the latest technology to provide comprehensive care beyond average general dentistry.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience
- Friendly attitude and a strong team player
- Laser and anesthesia certified (currently using both)
- Proficient in Dentrix digital charting, iTero intraoral scanning, and Velscope oral cancer screening
- Experienced in Arestin placement
- Confident in recommending products and services to patients
- Dental assisting experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene therapy, including periodontal therapy, adult prophylaxis, and localized antibiotic placement (Arestin).
- Utilize advanced technology daily, including Dentrix digital charting, iTero intraoral scanning, and Velscope oral cancer screenings.
- Manage patient flow with dedicated appointment times (60-90) allowing for thorough, patient-centered care.
- See an average of 7-8 patients per day to ensure quality clinical outcomes and personalized patient education.
Our close-knit team consists of 1 dentist, two assistants, 2 front office, 1 hygienist, working together in a environment. We pride ourselves on , ensuring our patients receive a truly elevated dental experience.
