Are you an experienced Dental Assistant (RDA / EFDA) looking to join a team that values positivity, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology? We are seeking a skilled and motivated clinical assistant to become a vital part of our dynamic dental practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and bring at least 3 years of hands-on chairside assisting experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Compensation & Benefits
$19 - $25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Perform digital and traditional impressions with accuracy and care
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Fabricate temporary crowns
- Carry out sterilization duties in accordance with infection control protocols
- Coordinate patient care to ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish
- Utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting, scheduling, and patient records
- Operate Trios and Shining 3D to capture high-quality digital impressions and scans
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- DANB X-ray Certification (required)
- Coronal Polish Certification (required)
- CPR/BLS Certification (required)
- Dental Assistant Certification (required)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
