What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

• Perform expanded duty procedures in accordance with state regulations and practice protocols
• Assist providers chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Deliver a warm, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient
• Collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict infection control and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and growth-focused office environment

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Expanded Duties certification or equivalent credentials as required by state
