Overview

We are seeking a warm, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our growing dental team. If you thrive in a patient-centered environment and love being the welcoming face of our practice, this full-time opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Optimizing the daily schedule by booking and confirming patient appointments efficiently
• Managing multi-line phones and responding to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate patient records and digital documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Actively managing the hygiene recall system to maintain a full schedule
• Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and minimal wait times
• Utilizing Dentrix to manage patient records, scheduling, and billing
• Performing financial administrative tasks, including collecting copays

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, Monday through Thursday position, offering a consistent 4-day work week with Fridays off every week.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a dental front office role (preferred) or medical front desk role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental practice environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
• Proficiency with Dentrix dental practice management software (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

$20 - $24 per hour, based on experience
