- Location: National Dental The Bronx | 2535 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10468
- Schedule: Full-Time M-F
- Compensation: W-2 Employment | 33% of Adjusted Net Production + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period
- Practice Mix: Medicaid-heavy with growing PPO exposure
- Practice Model: Multi-provider, comprehensive dental practice
National Dental Bronx is seeking an experienced General Dentist who can deliver high-quality comprehensive care while working efficiently in a fast-paced practice environment.
This is a Medicaid-heavy office serving a diverse Bronx patient population, with growing PPO exposure and significant opportunity to keep complex treatment in-house. Molar endodontics and extraction experience are important clinical requirements for this position.

National Dental Bronx is a modern, multi-provider practice equipped with CBCT and updated clinical technology to support comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning.
The clinical team includes general dentists alongside surgical and periodontal expertise, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary treatment and more advanced restorative cases. In particular, the practice’s periodontal and surgical capabilities create opportunities for the GP to participate in clinically challenging, higher-value restorative treatment associated with those cases.
The practice is supported by an experienced Practice Manager who is highly skilled in treatment planning and manages the operational side of the office, allowing providers to remain focused on clinical care and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Clinical Scope
We are looking for a dentist with a broad GP skill set who is comfortable keeping treatment in-house, including:
- Molar endodontics
- Routine and surgical extractions
- Advanced restorative dentistry
- Crowns and bridges
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- Restorative treatment associated with periodontal and surgical cases
- Managing a broad range of general dentistry in a higher-volume environment
The ideal provider can balance clinical quality with efficiency and is comfortable treating a diverse patient population in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New York dental license in good standing
- Active DEA license
- Molar endodontic experience
- Extraction experience
- Strong restorative and treatment-planning skills
- Comfortable working in a Medicaid-heavy, fast-paced practice
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-provider clinical team
- Commitment to high-quality, efficient patient care

- Daily Guarantee: $800 - $1000 per day during 4 - 6 months
