Responsibilities
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our practice. Core responsibilities include:
- Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- X-ray taking using digital and traditional techniques
- Temporary crown fabrication to support restorative workflows
- Assisting with composite and amalgam procedures
- Performing sterilization duties in compliance with infection control standards
- Patient care coordination to ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience
- Taking digital and traditional impressions with accuracy and care
Requirements
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Dental Assistant Certification required or preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient-centered care
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
- Eagerness to grow professionally through continuous learning
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $24 - $29 per hour, based on experience
