Tired of 30-minute prophys and feeling rushed from patient to patient?

Advanced Dental Arts is a privately owned dental practice in Somerset, NJ looking for a friendly, dependable, and clinically strong Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

We are open to part-time or full-time candidates and offer $55–$60/hour based on experience and qualifications.

We believe great hygiene care takes time. Our hygienists work a single-column schedule with generous appointment times, allowing you to provide thorough care, educate patients, evaluate periodontal health, complete documentation, and develop meaningful relationships with the people you treat.

We are especially looking for someone who wants to become a long-term member of our practice and build lasting relationships with our patients. Many of our patients have been with the office for years, and we value continuity, trust, and personalized care.

We’re looking for someone who is personable, reliable, team-oriented, and confident with periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, digital radiographs, patient education, and recognizing appropriate periodontal treatment.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active New Jersey RDH License is mandatory.
• Certifications: CPR/BLS, local anesthesia is preferred .
• Clinical Skills: Confident with periodontal charting, scaling and root planing (SRP), and digital radiographs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Curve for patient charting, scheduling, and clinical notes.
• Operate Curve and iTero Scanner to capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans.
• Provide comprehensive hygiene care during generous appointment times (including 60-minute adult prophys and 90 minute SRP ).
• Perform thorough periodontal charting, scaling and root planing (SRP), and patient education.
