Experienced Dental Receptionist | $16–$23/hr + Full Benefits & Flexible Schedule

About the Role

We are a growth-oriented dental practice with a patient-centered philosophy and a friendly, positive team culture. We are looking for an experienced and motivated front office professional to join our team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and recall systems
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
• Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage front desk communications
• Support a smooth, efficient daily office workflow

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of dental front office experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for patient care
• Treatment coordinator experience is a strong plus
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule — we will work with you to arrange the right fit
• No Sunday work, guaranteed

• Hourly pay: $16 - $23 per hour, based on experience
