Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting and checking in patients, creating a welcoming first impression
- Scheduling and confirming appointments to keep the office running smoothly
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Handling insurance verification, billing inquiries, and co-pay collection
- Answering phones and responding to patient questions with professionalism and care
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations of the front desk
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-first attitude with a genuine commitment to patient care
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfort working with state-of-the-art dental technology and systems
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $16 - $22 per hour, based on experience
