About the Company

Stunning Smiles is a private General & Cosmetic dental practice in Southwest Las Vegas providing high-end comprehensive care to a loyal patient base with a fun, engaged team that works really well together.

We are looking for someone long-term who fits in with our culture of teamwork and personal growth and who enjoys working in dentistry at a high level and values establishing relationships with patients and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Dr. Racanelli treats a significant amount of large cosmetic and reconstructive cases. In this role, you will provide high-end clinical support and standard chairside assisting, including:

Four-Handed Dentistry: Assisting chairside during complex cosmetic and reconstructive procedures (Veneers, Full Mouth Reconstruction, Invisalign, Dental Implants, CEREC crowns, and TMJ treatment)
Sterilization & Infection Control: Maintaining strict OSHA/CDC protocols, sterilizing instruments, and preparing treatment rooms
Patient Care & Charting: Welcoming patients, updating digital charts, taking digital X-rays, and entering treatment plans
Lab Duties: Managing lab cases, and assisting with CEREC CAD/CAM design

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital scanning (iTero/CEREC) and dental photography is highly preferred
Upbeat, positive mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally as a dental assistant
Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
