Compensation & Benefits

Because you deserve to know exactly what you’re walking into:

• Guaranteed Draw: $120,000 annually against 30% of production (minus 30% lab fees)
• Signing / Relocation Bonus: $20,000 paid upfront – yes, before your first patient
• Partnership Path: Defined ownership track begins when you exceed $765K in production
• Schedule: 4-day work week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday + one flex day
• On-Call: Minimal – one Saturday per month for emergencies only
• 401(k): With 3% employer match
• Medical Insurance: Available for you and your family
• Continuing Education: $2,000/year CE allowance (negotiable for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• 10,000+ active patients – your chair stays full without you ever having to market yourself
• 16–24 hygiene patients/day and 8–12 operative patients/day
• 50-minute chair times – because quality care should never be rushed
• Zero micromanagement – you choose the procedures you’re comfortable performing
• Specialty work encouraged – want to place implants, do endo, or expand your skills? They’ll support you
• 50/50 PPO and fee-for-service patient mix – primarily families with children
• Intentionally overstaffed for smooth operations so you can focus on clinical care, not admin headaches

Translation: You walk in, treat patients, build relationships, and go home at a reasonable hour. No spreadsheets. No production meetings. No one breathing down your neck.

Requirements

• New graduates welcome – they’ll mentor you and help you grow
• Military veterans strongly preferred (but not required)

• Active Michigan dental license (or ability to obtain one)
