Our West Valley private dental practice in Surprise is looking for an experienced and dedicated full-time dental assistant to join our thriving, patient-centered practice. Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during comprehensive dental procedures, including advanced surgical implant placements, bone grafts, PRF, and PRP.
Utilize Trios digital scanner to take accurate digital impressions.
Fabricate clinically acceptable temporary crowns/bridges and perform cord packing.
Perform sterilization duties to maintain a safe, compliant, and sterile clinical environment.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes using Dentrix software.
Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care.

Requirements

3+ years of dental assisting experience required
Active X-ray Certification / License
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Proficiency with Dentrix software and digital scanning (Trios experience preferred)
Strong clinical knowledge of surgical dental procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience

Our Office Hours

Monday & Wednesday 9-5pm
Tuesday & Thursday 7-3pm
Occasional Fridays 7-12pm
No late evenings or weekends
