This allows you the time needed to deliver exceptional preventive care and build lasting relationships with our patients.

About the Company
We are a well-established, low-stress private practice dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care. By operating completely free of HMO and PPO plans, we focus entirely on periodontal health, preventive care, and patient relationships, dedicating a full hour to each patient appointment. Our close-knit team enjoys exceptionally low staff turnover, and we are looking for a warm, professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to become the next long-term addition to our dental family.
Schedule & Hours
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
- Hours: Permanent part-time position
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal charting.
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting, imaging, and patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour
- Structure: Hourly base rate
