We are a patient-centered dental practice seeking a polished, detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our team.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments to maximize provider productivity
- Verify insurance eligibility and process claims accurately
- Collect and post payments; manage account balances
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain organized patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy in scheduling, billing, and recordkeeping is essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) preferred
- Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
