We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 1 year of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
• Collect and process patient copayments accurately
• Address patient questions, concerns, and claims related to dental insurance
• Serve as the first point of contact, creating a positive and lasting impression for every patient

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front office setting
• Solid understanding of dental insurance processes, including verification and claims
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A positive, patient-centered attitude that aligns with our office values
