We are a growth-oriented dental practice looking for an experienced and motivated front office professional to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and love delivering exceptional patient experiences, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls
- Handling patient inquiries in person and over the phone
- Processing insurance verification and billing
- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Utilize OMS Vision daily for scheduling, billing, and patient records
- Manage a daily flow of approximately 30-45 patients, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
- Strong understanding of dental practice management software and dental insurance verification workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Work Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $21 - $22 per hour
