About the role
Overview
We are a modern periodontal and implant specialty office in Honolulu looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in:

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, closed Thursdays)
- $22–25/hr depending on experience and skillset

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated chairside assistance during specialized periodontal and implant surgeries.
- Perform clinical workflows including Periodontal charting, taking vitals, setting up and sterilizing instruments, taking xray (NOMAD) and CBCT .
- Utilize Dentrix to manage patient records and digital imaging.
- Manage patient care workflows including post-op care, recording implant information.
- Maintain strict OSHA and infection control standards during sterilization and room turnaround.
Requirements
- Certifications: Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR/BLS certification and Hawaii State Dental Assistant Radiography qualification.
- Experience: dental assisting experience preferred, but willing to train.
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a compassionate patient-first attitude.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, closed Thursdays).
