Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18 - $28 per hour, based on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Retirement plan (401k/IRA)
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)
Core Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Perform sterilization and instrument management duties
- Coordinate patient care and ensure a smooth, comfortable patient experience
- Take digital and traditional impressions, including iTero scanning
- Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
Qualifications & Certifications
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience required
- RDA certification (if applicable to your state)
- EFDA Certification preferred
- Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus
- iTero scanning experience preferred
- Willingness to cross-train across multiple clinical roles is highly valued
