Overview
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English), reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing, tech-forward team. In this role, you will play a crucial clinical role utilizing modern tools like the iTero Scanner and Oryx dental software to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Take digital X-rays as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Utilize iTero Scanner for accurate imaging and assist in the creation of prosthodontic appliances.
- Maintain patient records using Oryx dental software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including inventory management of dental supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years dental experience required.
- Proficient in four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Familiarity with 3D scanning technology and medical imaging practices.
- Knowledge of prosthodontics is a plus.
- Experience with Oryx dental software is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
