Springs Dentistry is looking for a General Dentist to join our established Colorado Springs practice. With more than 30 years in the community, strong patient demand, a broad clinical mix, and an Associate-to-Partnership Pathway, this is an opportunity to grow both clinically and professionally.
About the Company
- $250,000–$350,000 estimated annual earnings
- $10,000 signing bonus
- Strong daily guarantee depending on experience with % compensation
- Approximately 90 new patients per month across the practice
- Associate-to-Partnership Pathway
- Established, tenured clinical and administrative team
- Broad comprehensive dentistry with modern technology
- $3,000 annual CE allowance
- Mentorship and clinical development as needed
Responsibilities
You'll have the opportunity to provide restorative, cosmetic, emergency, CEREC single-visit crowns, clear aligners, implant restorations, dentures, periodontal, preventive, and other general dentistry.
You don't need to do everything on day one. We welcome newer dentists and experienced providers who are clinically thoughtful, motivated to grow, and committed to providing appropriate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
A strong fit is a dentist who:
- Diagnoses confidently without overtreating
- Communicates treatment clearly and builds patient trust
- Wants to grow clinically and professionally
- Values feedback, teamwork, and continued learning
- Is interested in building a long-term future
DDS or DMD and an active Colorado dental license, or eligibility to obtain one, are required.
