What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
- Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing
- Present and coordinate dental treatment plans with patients
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with care and accuracy
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Support the overall administrative operations of the practice
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dental front office or dental treatment coordinator experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A positive, team-first attitude that aligns with our practice culture
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $25 - $38 per hour, based on experience
