Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Manage patient records and data entry using Eaglesoft dental software
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions professionally
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday
- Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with Fridays off!
Requirements
- 1+ year of dental front office experience required
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft software strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience
