Requirements

Who are we looking for?

Our practice is expanding and in search of a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to manage hygiene schedules. We are seeking someone who is committed to providing the highest quality of service, seeking to be their best self, and motivated to learn and grow in order to better serve our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for treatment planning and coordination, maintaining busy hygiene schedules using systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft, and working closely with our team leader to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Anticipated Job Duties:

• Manage and optimize doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize daily productivity.
• Present comprehensive treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients.
• Utilize strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance policies, claims, and verification procedures.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
• Support daily financial management, billing, and fiscal operations.
• Coordinate administrative and clinical support systems to ensure smooth office flow.
