Join a fee-for-service dental practice that prioritizes quality over quantity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, evidence-based clinician who values meaningful patient interactions and a collaborative team environment. With 1-hour patient appointments and a structured 9–5 schedule, you'll have the time and space to deliver the exceptional, patient-centered care you've always wanted to provide.
We are looking for an enthusiastic RDH to take ownership of two days per week — with Thursday being a consistent day and scheduling flexibility for the second day.
What You'll Do
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take and interpret radiographs
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
- Deliver preventative treatments tailored to each patient
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and long-term health strategies
- Contribute to a culture of evidence-based, patient-first dentistry
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of clinical hygiene experience
- Active RDH licensure
- Certifications in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring (required)
- Laser Certification (preferred)
- A passion for evidence-based dentistry and genuine patient connection
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, quality-focused environment
