Overview
We are a long-established, privately owned family dental practice located on the west side of Santa Barbara, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on Mondays!
Our practice takes pride in providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming, relaxed, and comfortable environment. We value building lasting relationships with our patients and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to work.

- Active California RDH License (Required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
- 1+ years welcome to apply - 3+ years is preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal charting
- Utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting and patient records
- Manage patient appointments with comfortable 60 minutes blocks to ensure thorough care
- Educate patients on preventive oral hygiene and treatment plans
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $68-$74 based on experience
- Structure: Hourly based rate
