Overview

We are welcoming a motivated new graduate or experienced hygienist to join our patient-centered dental team! This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive, friendly environment where collaboration and positive energy are at the heart of everything we do.

Schedule

This position works Tuesday and/or Thursday, and/or half day alternate Fridays, offering a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments
• Deliver preventative treatments to support long-term patient wellness
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care practices
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Dental Hygiene
• Active state dental hygiene license
• Laser Certification
• Local Anesthesia certification
• A passion for patient care and a team-first attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dedicated Hygiene Support: We schedule 48–60 minute hygiene appointments and provide a dental assistant to handle x-rays, patient seating, room turnover, and instrument sterilization—so you can focus entirely on patient care without feeling rushed.
• Modern Technology: Our practice is fully equipped with iTero digital scanners, intraoral cameras, and Biolase laser therapy to make your workflow smooth, efficient, and effective.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy consistent 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM workdays with a full 1-hour lunch break, plus occasional half-day Fridays.
