Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour (Based on experience) Plus Bonus program for Sealants

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist pediatric dentists and anesthesiologists during clinical procedures
Operate digital X-ray equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
Perform coronal polishing and apply pit and fissure sealants (as permitted by California RDA licensure)
Provide age-appropriate oral hygiene instruction and education to patients and parents
Accurately document clinical findings, charting, and treatment plans in the practice management software
Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
Set up and prepare treatment rooms for hygiene and clinical procedures
Capture intraoral (IO) photographs to support comprehensive diagnostics

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

Certification from a dental college OR 6+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

California Registered Dental Assistant License
X-Ray Certification
Coronal Polish Certification
Current BLS certification
Sealant Certification, preferred

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9-6. Saturdays, 7-4
