About the role
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our private practice team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an RDH seeking a flexible schedule—working just one day per month (the 3rd Saturday of every month)—while providing high-quality preventative care, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
Compensation & Benefits
$48 – $51 per hour
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care in a warm, supportive environment. Core responsibilities include:
- Performing professional dental cleanings (prophy) and scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Conducting thorough oral health assessments and periodontal charting
- Providing preventative treatments (fluoride, sealants)
- Taking and interpreting digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Delivering periodontal maintenance therapy
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
