We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tx Coordinator professional to join our growing dental team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in dental administration who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do
- Coordinate treatment plans and present them confidently to patients
- Manage insurance processes including submitting PPO claims and attachments
- Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient, productive schedule
- Answer phones with professionalism and excellent etiquette
- Process patient payments and work with financing tools such as Sunbit and CareCredit
- Utilize Mango for patient communication
- Complete end-of-day reporting accurately
- Deliver exceptional patient care from check-in to check-out
- Support social media and marketing efforts with an open and enthusiastic mindset
- Work within Open Dental software for daily operations
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience
- Strong knowledge of PPO insurance, claim submission, and attachments
- Proficiency with Open Dental software preferred
- Familiarity with Mango, Sunbit, and CareCredit a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to grow
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday (4-day work week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
