Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic front office professional to join our growing dental team. If you thrive in a patient-centered environment, love building relationships, and bring a positive energy to everything you do, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
• Manage patient records, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions in a timely manner
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
• Utilize Dentrix daily for scheduling, patient records, and billing
• Coordinate smooth patient flow for approximately 20-25 daily

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
• Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance verification processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dental billing, claims submission, and CDT coding
• Proficiency with major dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)

Schedule

• Full-time availability Monday through Friday
• Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $16 - $25 per hour, based on experience
