Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our growing dental team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art dental office where your clinical expertise in preventative care is valued and your career growth is supported.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional teeth cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Deliver preventative treatments to promote long-term patient health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at every visit
- Utilize Dentrix for patient charting and scheduling
- Manage a comfortable daily schedule with 60 Minutes patient appointment blocks
Requirements
- 1+ years of clinical hygiene experience
- Active state Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Laser Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- Local Anesthesia certification and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification
- Up-to-date Continuing Education (CE) Credits
- Strong clinical skills including periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing (SRP), and digital radiographs
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
