Hourly pay: $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

As a key member of our pediatric dental team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Placing sealants and assisting with stainless steel crowns (SSCs)
Providing pulpotomy assistance
Assisting with space maintainer procedures
Managing patient behavior in a calm, effective, and child-friendly manner
Communicating clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians
Maintaining a smooth, efficient clinical workflow

Requirements

3+ years of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience strongly preferred)
Coronal Polish Certification (required)
X-ray Certification (required)
A positive, team-first attitude
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with children
