Overview
Our West Valley private dental practice in Surprise is looking for an experienced and dedicated full-time dental assistant to join our thriving, patient-centered practice. We provide comprehensive and quality dental treatment with an emphasis on patient care. Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during comprehensive dental procedures, including advanced surgical implant placements, bone grafts, PRF, and PRP.
- Utilize Trios digital scanner to take accurate digital impressions.
- Fabricate clinically acceptable temporary crowns/bridges and perform cord packing.
- Perform sterilization duties to maintain a safe, compliant, and sterile clinical environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes using Dentrix software.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care.
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience required
- Active X-ray Certification / License
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
- Proficiency with Dentrix software and digital scanning (Trios experience preferred)
- Strong clinical knowledge of surgical dental procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience

Our Office Hours
- Monday & Wednesday 9-5pm
- Tuesday & Thursday 7-3pm
- Occasional Fridays 7-12pm
- No late evenings or weekends
