Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our thriving practice on a stable Monday through Thursday schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take and interpret radiographs accurately
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
- Develop and contribute to individualized treatment planning
- Deliver preventative treatments to support long-term patient health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care
- Utilize Dentrix for seamless patient charting and scheduling
- Operate Dexis and iTero scanner for digital radiographs and intraoral scans
- Manage patient care within dedicated 60-90 minute patient blocks to ensure high-quality, comprehensive treatment
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
Experience: although 1+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience is preferred, new graduates are also welcome
Preferred Certifications
- Laser Certification
- Local Anesthesia
- Nitrous Oxide Monitoring
