About the role
Overview
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate dental hygienist to join a private, single-doctor general practice on either a part-time or full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who values personalized patient care, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a supportive office environment. The position is currently available because our current dental hygienist is going on maternity leave and cutting back her days, creating an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of our team.
In this role, you will work with one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you to provide thorough, attentive care without feeling rushed.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, friendly, and personable, with the ability to make our patients feel at home from the moment they arrive. A warm, welcoming attitude is essential, along with a strong commitment to patient comfort, professionalism, and quality care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit practice where every patient is treated with respect and individualized attention.
New grads are welcome to apply. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine desire to help patients maintain their oral health.
