Join Our Friendly, Team-Oriented Dental Practice as a Part-Time RDH!

Are you a newly graduated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) ready to launch your career in a supportive, positive environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our patient care team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance
• Capture and evaluate diagnostic dental radiographs
• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings
• Administer preventative treatments (fluoride, sealants) to support long-term patient wellness
• Formulate and present customized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and home-care strategies

Requirements

We welcome new graduates and are committed to helping you grow your skills in a nurturing, team-focused setting. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
• Local Anesthesia certification (Preferred)
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $42 – $47 per hour based on experience and qualifications
