About the role
Overview
We are excited to welcome a motivated and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our growing dental team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate RDH to launch their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment where professional development is a top priority.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $50-$65 per hour

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday schedule (enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with no weekend hours!) Office hours 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Perform professional teeth cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct thorough oral health assessments
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Provide preventative treatments to promote long-term patient health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care
- Collaborate with the dental team on treatment planning
- Utilize Dentrix for patient charting, scheduling, and digital imaging
- Manage a comfortable patient flow with standard adult prophy appointment times
Requirements
- A graduate with a degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active dental hygiene license
- Local Anesthesia certification (required)
- A positive, patient-centered attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
