Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $69,000 - $85,000 per year
• Retirement plan (401k/IRA)
• Paid time off (PTO)

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)

Responsibilities

• Perform professional teeth cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Provide preventative treatments to promote long-term patient health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care
• Collaborate with the dental team on treatment planning

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a degree in Dental Hygiene
• Active or pending state dental hygiene license
• Local Anesthesia certification (required)
• A positive, patient-centered attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team
