Overview
Join our growth-oriented, patient-centered practice as a General Assistant. You’ll work in a friendly, positive atmosphere alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures
- Capture and process digital and traditional dental impressions
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Perform sterilization and instrument preparation
- Coordinate patient care and maintain clear communication
- Assist with composite and amalgam restorations
- Fabricate temporary crowns
Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or equivalent)
- X-ray certification / radiograph proficiency
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort
Preferred:
- EFDA certification or expanded functions experience
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay rate: 18 - 35 per hour (based on experience and function)
- Paid time off (PTO)
