Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative and preventive procedures
- Capture dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain imaging equipment
- Perform sterilization and infection-control duties
- Take digital and traditional impressions
- Fabricate temporary crowns
- Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
- Coordinate patient care appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of general dental assisting experience
- Proficient in X-ray techniques and digital imaging
- Skilled in impression taking and temporary crown fabrication
- Strong knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
