Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage phone lines, answer inquiries, and coordinate scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and process patient billing
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Organize patient files and update digital records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or front-office coordinator
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information
