As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes
Schedule and confirm appointments, handling phone calls and emails
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate insurance verifications and process billing information
Collaborate with dental assistants and clinicians to optimize patient flow
Support office administration tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with dental practice management software and MS Office
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
