Overview
LUV Braces and Kids Dentistry is seeking a motivated, dependable, and positive Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our Bee Cave practice. We are a modern, family-focused orthodontic and pediatric dental office committed to delivering exceptional care in a fun, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during exams and orthodontic procedures
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization and infection control standards
- Take orthodontic records (photos, impressions, digital scans)
- Assist with bracket placement, wire changes, banding, debonding, and adjustments (per Texas regulations and credentials)
- Provide oral hygiene and appliance care instructions to patients and parents
- Chart treatment notes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized, stocked operatories
- Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Dental Assistant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working with children and adolescents
Preferred:
- Orthodontic assisting experience
- Texas RDA (Registered Dental Assistant)
- X-ray certification
- Experience with digital scanning/aligners
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Compensation
