Position Overview
Join our patient-centered, growth-oriented dental practice as a Dental Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting daily operations and fostering a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidential information is handled correctly
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries regarding treatments, billing, and policies
- Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and support a seamless office experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindset
- Proficiency with dental practice management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, billing procedures, and claims processing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive salary ranging from $31,000 to $50,000 per year
