Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle multi-line phone system and patient inquiries
- Verify insurance eligibility and communicate benefits to patients
- Process payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances accurately
- Maintain and update patient records using dental practice management software
- Coordinate with clinical team to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental reception or front-desk experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management systems and office technology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative team attitude
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible schedule: Monday through Saturday (rotational shifts)
- Competitive hourly rate: $16–24 per hour, commensurate with experience
