Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a friendly, upbeat manner
Schedule and confirm appointments Monday through Friday
Manage patient records, verify insurance, and coordinate treatment planning
Handle phone inquiries and provide clear, professional communication
Collaborate with our supportive mentorship team to enhance patient satisfaction

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a dental office or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn treatment planning and insurance processes
