About the Role
Join a pioneering mobile dental team dedicated to serving our aging community and supporting an established conventional practice. As a Senior Mobile Dentist, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality oral care in nursing homes and private residences while representing our practices at public healthcare forums for the elderly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental exams, treatments, and preventive care on-site at nursing homes and private residences
- Act as the first point of contact for patients in both the mobile and conventional practices
- Collaborate with the founding dentist to ensure transparent communication and coordinated patient care across ventures
- Present oral health topics and best practices at community health events and public forums
- Support continuous growth by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and patient education
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience
- Active dental license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
- Passion for community involvement and serving the elderly population
- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
