Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our dental professionals in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist with a comprehensive range of general and cosmetic dental procedures.
• Take digital impressions and craft temporary crowns for patients.
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for various dental procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized back office and sterilization area.
• Collaborate with team members in an environment that values respect and support.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental assisting is required.
• EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) and X-Ray Certification are mandatory.
• Possess a flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a patient-first mindset.
• Experience with digital workflows and cosmetic treatments is considered an advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Regular working hours are from Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• We are open to part-time candidates who can work 1–2 days per week if they are a strong fit for our team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay starting at $27 per hour or more, depending on experience.
