Position Overview: We are seeking a High Level Advanced Dental Assistant who embodies a holistic lifestyle and is eager to learn and grow in holistic, biological, and airway dentistry. This position offers an opportunity to be part of an extraordinary integrative dental team that goes beyond average insurance-driven dental offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all traditional dental assistant duties with additional focus on oral surgery, airway management, safe mercury protocols, and periodontal surgery.
• Conduct sterilization procedures on dental equipment and instruments according to established protocols.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of sterilized equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the availability of sterile equipment for patient care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of sterilization supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in general dentistry; advanced experience with implant, periodontal, laser, and complex surgeries preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Proficiency in using Dentrix dental software.
• CEREC Certified, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification required; Coronal Polishing Certification preferred.
• Radiograph Certified; Phlebotomy skills or willingness to train is appreciated.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-lingual capabilities are appreciated; Spanish proficiency is most often requested. Signing for the Deaf is a plus.

Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Full-time position with expected hours not exceeding 40 per week. Workdays are Monday through Thursday with no weekends required.
