Responsibilities

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Digital and traditional impressions to support accurate treatment planning
• Temporary crown fabrication for seamless patient experiences
• X-ray taking in accordance with safety and clinical standards
• Composite and amalgam procedures support
• Sterilization duties to maintain a safe, compliant environment
• Patient care coordination to ensure smooth appointment flow and outstanding service

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a dental setting
• Coronal Polish Certification required
• RDA certification preferred (if applicable in your state)
• A team player with strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a supportive practice

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling across Monday through Saturday to accommodate your work-life balance.

• Hourly pay: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience
